Scope and contact
This notice describes the static website helderlicht.net. Contact contact@helderlicht.net for questions about privacy or personal information you have sent to Helderlicht.
Browsing this website
This site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social widgets, third-party fonts or a contact-form service. Images, styles and scripts are served as local site files. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and access time, in server logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting; the deployed host’s configuration determines those logs.
Email inquiries
Email links open your own email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it there. Your email provider and the receiving email provider process that correspondence. If you write to us, the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company and campaign requirements, can be used to respond, discuss your request and keep a record of the conversation.
Device-local notice preference
If you dismiss the reading notice, this website saves the value “dismissed” under the browser storage key “helderlicht.notice.v1”. This local preference prevents the same notice from reappearing on each page. It is not sent by our script to a server, does not contain a name or email address, and does not enable advertising or analytics.
Retention and your choices
The local preference remains in your browser until you clear site storage or choose “Show reading notice” in the footer. You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have emailed, subject to applicable obligations and any information needed to handle the request. A fixed retention period for correspondence is not stated on this website.
External publications
Following a portfolio link takes you to another website. Each linked site may use its own services, cookies or privacy practices. Read its privacy and cookie notices before using it. This notice does not describe tracking on other domains.
Privacy-sensitive information
Please avoid emailing passwords, payment-card details, government identification or other sensitive information. No purchase, account registration or payment is processed on this website.
Changes
This notice reflects the functions included in this website. It should be reviewed if hosting, analytics, forms or other data-processing services change.
